Wedgwood Appledore pattern vintage bone china bread and butter or cake serving plate. c.1960s

White bone china with a clotted cream border overlaid with an enamel turquoise blue leaf garland. The central motif is a basket overflowing with fruits and vines and sitting on a sconce and surrounded by a circular garland.  The smooth rim is gold gilded as are the embossed ear handle.

24cm x 27.5cm wide including the ear handles and approx. 4cm high. 

This is a heavy plate and will make a beautiful centre piece for your tea table.
